Worldwide shipping is included in the displayed price. Applicable import duties are included according to the store policy, so customers should not receive unexpected shipping charges or import duties at delivery.

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL or FedEx, and tracking details are provided after dispatch. Delivery timing begins after production and final quality inspection.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Eligible refunds are subject to a 10% fee, capped at US$300. Engraved items remain eligible, with a US$40 polishing fee per item. Fully bespoke items are not eligible.

For exchanges, the customer covers return shipping and RAINA DIAMOND covers delivery of the replacement. A lost IGI certificate requires a US$100 replacement fee.

Semi-Custom orders are made using the diamond, metal, ring size and optional engraving selected by the customer. Production begins after the selected specifications are reviewed and confirmed.

Fully Custom orders follow a separate approval process and return policy. Please contact our jewelry team before checkout if any specification needs to be changed.
