Eligible refunds are subject to a fee of 10% of the amount paid, capped at US$300.

• Eligible engraved items may be returned or exchanged; a US$40 polishing fee applies per engraved item.
• If an included IGI certificate is not returned, a US$100 replacement fee applies.
• For eligible exchanges, you cover return shipping to us. We cover the replacement shipment, including shipping and duties.
• Fully bespoke pieces and damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange. Minor surface scratches from normal inspection are not treated as damage.
