Terms of service

About these terms
These terms describe the use of rainadiamond.com and purchases from RAINA DIAMOND. Please read them together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Design enquiries and orders
Explore Designs pages show design references for consultation. Contacting us about a design does not place an order. Before payment, we confirm the design, stone specifications, metal, dimensions, sizing, price, order type and estimated production timeline for your piece.
Provide accurate contact, sizing and delivery information and check your confirmed specifications carefully. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Photographs and videos help illustrate a design; your confirmed specifications define your order.
Prices, shipping and taxes
The price and payment details for your order are confirmed before payment. RAINA DIAMOND covers outbound shipping costs, import duties and taxes. Our jewelry is produced in China and we arrange FedEx delivery. See our Shipping policy for details.
Cancellation, returns and exchanges
You may cancel within 24 hours after payment. Eligible return or exchange requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Non-quality returns are subject to the fees and conditions in our Return and refund policy. Fully bespoke pieces are not eligible for non-quality returns or exchanges. Quality-related issues remain covered.

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person's information. Our store is powered by Shopify. Links to WhatsApp or other third-party services take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
