RAINA DIAMOND covers shipping costs, import duties and taxes on every order. You do not pay additional shipping, duty or import-tax charges to receive your order.

Made in China, delivered to you

Our jewelry is produced in China and dispatched directly from China. We arrange international delivery through FedEx.

Production and delivery timing

Production time depends on your design and specifications. Your jewelry advisor will confirm the estimated production and delivery schedule before payment. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, local holidays or carrier delays.

Track your order

We provide tracking details after dispatch. Contact our jewelry team with your order number or design reference for an update.

Received a shipping or tax payment request?

Contact us before making an additional payment. Share the carrier notice and your order reference so we can resolve the charge with the carrier. Shipping, duties and taxes remain our responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

We cover all costs of quality-related returns. For non-quality returns and exchanges, the customer covers return shipping and related duties or taxes. We cover the outbound replacement shipment. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility and fees.
